About

The story so far

I started on the support desk at Sweatcoin in 2019, answering questions from users of an app with over 210 million registrations. That's where I learned the thing that still drives my work: people stick around when they feel heard.

In 2022 I moved to Sweat Economy, Sweatcoin's Web3 project, to build its community from scratch. Two promotions later I was Head of Content and Community, running social, content, email and push, a YouTube channel and a community of hundreds of thousands across 15+ languages.

Along the way I learned to back every idea with data, using holdout tests, on-chain dashboards and retention curves, and to keep people at the centre even as AI took on more of the groundwork.

Sweat Economy closes in October 2026. It ends a chapter I'm proud of, and it's the right moment to start the next one: I'm taking seven years of building audiences, communities and campaigns into a new role, in Web3 or beyond.

Now: Wrapping up at Sweat Economy as it closes in October 2026, and looking for my next marketing, content or community lead role, in Web3 or mainstream consumer. Based in Wales, open to remote.
